Annual maintenance
Safety-related equipment must be inspected once a year by an expert (qualified person) in accordance with TRBS 1203, as defined in EC Directive 89/391/EEC and in accordance with BetrSichV, ChemG, GefStoffV, ArbSchG, TRGS 526, TRGS 510, ArbStättV and the maintenance interval specified by the manufacturer.
Evidence
Insurers, employers' liability insurance associations and other inspection bodies request proof of a valid test label and inspection certificates in the event of personal injury and/or property damage.

Documentation to enable or uphold certification in accordance with ISO 9001:2015.
OSHA, EU-OSHA
Tested safety cabinets meet the requirements of the Occupational Safety and Health Agency (OSHA, EU-OSHA).
Our services
Service inspection of safety cabinets
- Inspection of all safety-relevant parts, such as fire-protection seals, fusible links, shut-off devices on ventilation openings, door closers and door interlocks, as well as insulation. The mechanical components are checked for functionality and an exhaust air measurement is carried out using a calibrated anemometer.
- Inspection prior to commissioning and prior to recommissioning after modifications subject to mandatory testing in accordance with BetrSichV section 15
- Electrical testing of the DÜPERTHAL BATTERY line according to DGUV regulation 3 in accordance with DIN EN 50699 or VDE 0702
- Inspection of StawaR collection trays according to WHG and AwSV
- Repairs of safety cabinets
- Delivery of original spare parts
Service inspection of filter units
- Visual and mechanical inspection of e.g. display and LED indicators, housings, filter check and/or filter change.
- Electrical testing of DÜPERTHAL ventilation systems according to DGUV regulation 3 as per DIN EN 50699 and/or VDE 0702
Service inspection of fume hoods
- Optical, mechanical (e.g. sash, table top, cable pull, etc.) and ventilation testing
