BATTERY line safety cabinets – Safe storage and charging of lithium-ion batteries
The DÜPERTHAL BATTERY line safety cabinets provide a specially developed solution for the safe storage and charging of lithium-ion batteries. With 90 minutes of fire resistance, they offer reliable protection against fire risks – both from external and internal fires – and meet the highest safety requirements for use in laboratories, industry and workshops.
A key safety feature is the integrated backdraft protection: In the event of a fire, the doors automatically close and lock to prevent dangerous smoke gas explosions. Reopening is only possible by authorized specialists. In addition, a thermal element ensures automatic, obstruction-free door closing.
The BATTERY line is optimally designed for safe charging processes: BATTERY station models are equipped with an integrated, protected power supply and ready-to-use connections for chargers. At the same time, heat generated during charging is reliably extracted from each storage level via an integrated ventilation system.
An integrated early warning system, in combination with DÜPERTHAL connect and Smart Control, can detect potential thermal events at an early stage and provide additional safety.
The BATTERY line is available in various versions, including BATTERY standard for storage and BATTERY station for safe charging and storage of batteries. Robust materials and a durable construction ensure reliable protection in daily operation.
