HSC line safety cabinets – Combined storage of hazardous substances in minimal space
The DÜPERTHAL HSC hazardous material center is the ideal solution for the safe and combined storage of different hazardous substances such as acids, alkalis and flammable liquids. Certified according to DIN EN 14470-1 and with 90 minutes of fire resistance, it provides maximum protection for people, working environments and equipment – even in complex storage scenarios.
The system stands out with its intelligent internal layout, enabling the safe storage of different substance groups within a single cabinet. Two separate ventilation connections ensure that vapors from acids, alkalis and solvents are extracted separately. Combined with ventilation on every cabinet level, this ensures optimal air exchange.
For maximum safety in the event of a fire, the cabinet is equipped with a door hold-open system including thermal monitoring, which automatically closes the doors. Standard equipotential bonding lugs additionally help prevent spark formation.
The HSC hazardous material center also offers high convenience in daily use: An integrated viewing panel allows continuous visibility of stored materials, while damped door closing ensures quiet and safe handling. High-quality door hinges provide durability and corrosion resistance.
The interior configuration is flexible, with shelves and spill trays available in sheet steel or stainless steel, as well as special pull-out trays for acids and alkalis made of polyethylene.
The HSC hazardous material center is therefore the ideal solution for safe, compliant and space-saving storage of different hazardous substances within a single system.
