COMPLEX line safety cabinets – System solution for safe dispensing from drums
The DÜPERTHAL COMPLEX line safety cabinets are a fully integrated system solution for the safe and efficient transfer of hazardous substances from drums into smaller containers. As a TÜV-certified complete system in accordance with TRGS 509, they enable compliant hazardous material supply while optimizing workflows in laboratories, industry and production. With 90 minutes of fire resistance according to DIN EN 14470-1, they provide maximum protection for people and working environments.
The COMPLEX line combines maximum safety with advanced functionality: Integrated point extraction and air curtain extraction directly at the dispensing tap reduce the formation of explosive atmospheres during filling. This is complemented by ventilation on every cabinet level and visual monitoring of the ventilation system.
A pre-assembled supply system with a self-closing dispensing tap and integrated dead-man control ensures safe media handling. An explosion-proof compressed air diaphragm pump enables controlled transfer, while the filling speed can be adjusted continuously. In the event of a fire, the pump is automatically shut down.
A continuous grounding system and electrically conductive materials in accordance with TRGS 727 reliably prevent electrostatic charge buildup. For convenient handling, an optional heavy-duty pull-out for 200-liter drums with high load capacity is available.
The COMPLEX line is delivered pre-assembled and ready to plug in, allowing quick integration into existing processes. High-quality conductive materials and optional stainless steel components ensure durability and maximum resistance.
