SUPPLY line safety cabinets – Efficient media supply from drums
The DÜPERTHAL SUPPLY line safety cabinets are specifically designed for the safe and efficient dispensing of hazardous substances from drums. As a TÜV-certified complete system in accordance with TRGS 509, they enable seamless integration into existing process chains and ensure reliable supply of hazardous materials in laboratories, industry and production. With 90 minutes of fire resistance according to DIN EN 14470-1, they provide maximum protection for people and working environments.
The SUPPLY line stands out with maximum safety during media handling: Integrated ventilation with exhaust air monitoring minimizes the formation of explosive atmospheres during filling. At the same time, electrically conductive materials and a continuous grounding system in accordance with TRGS 727 ensure reliable prevention of electrostatic charge buildup.
For everyday use, the SUPPLY line offers well-designed and ergonomic handling. Smooth-running hinged door technology ensures convenient operation, while an optional heavy-duty pull-out with a load capacity of up to 250 kg supports safe loading and unloading of 200-liter drums. An ergonomically positioned locking system further enhances ease of use.
The cabinets are optimally designed for compliant storage according to TRGS 510 as well as safe dispensing in accordance with TRGS 509 and offer versatile equipment options for different requirements.
The SUPPLY line is available in various versions and features robust, conductive materials as well as a durable construction.
