TAP line safety cabinets – Safe and efficient dispensing from canisters

The DÜPERTHAL TAP line safety cabinets are specifically designed for the safe supply and dispensing of hazardous substances from canisters and small drums. They enable efficient workflows while ensuring maximum safety and comply with all relevant requirements according to TRGS 509 and TRGS 510. With 90 minutes of fire resistance in accordance with DIN EN 14470-1, they provide reliable protection for people, work areas and processes.

The TAP line stands out as a TÜV-certified complete system for the safe handling of hazardous materials. Integrated point extraction and air curtain extraction directly at the dispensing tap minimize the formation of explosive atmospheres during filling. This is complemented by ventilation on every storage level and a standard exhaust air monitoring system to control the required airflow.

For maximum safety during dispensing, electrically conductive materials and a continuous grounding system in accordance with TRGS 727 prevent electrostatic charge buildup. Canister shelves and drip trays ensure convenient handling and optimal use of space, while automated features further simplify the filling process.

The classic hinged door technology ensures easy operation in everyday use and guarantees automatic, obstruction-free door closing via a thermal element in the event of a fire.

The TAP line is available in various versions and offers high-quality conductive materials as well as optional stainless steel interior options.
