SUPREME line safety cabinets – Maximum safety for compressed gas cylinders
The DÜPERTHAL SUPREME line safety cabinets are specifically designed for the safe storage of compressed gas cylinders and meet the highest requirements for fire protection and occupational safety. With Type G90 technology, they provide 90 minutes of fire resistance and ensure a comprehensive fire protection concept for laboratories, industry and technical applications.
A key feature of the SUPREME line is its optimized airflow design: efficient ventilation channels provide targeted air circulation and safely remove any escaping gases. In addition, purge gas lines can be connected directly to the exhaust air duct to ensure maximum safety when handling compressed gases.
The cabinets offer exceptional convenience and flexibility. Adjustable mounting rails allow ergonomic positioning of fittings, while door opening angles of up to 170 degrees provide easy access and handling. The interior height is optimized for the installation and operation of gas cylinders and their fittings.
A well-designed handling concept ensures safe and efficient everyday use: gas cylinders can be easily loaded via a robust roll-in ramp or using transport trolleys. Integrated securing systems with straps ensure stable and secure fixation of the cylinders.
The SUPREME line also stands out for its durability, having been tested with up to 80,000 cycles in endurance testing – significantly exceeding standard requirements.
Available in various sizes, the SUPREME line features a robust construction made of powder-coated sheet steel and offers flexible options for gas and electrical line connections.
