UTS line safety cabinets – Underbench solution for safe and accessible hazardous material storage
The DÜPERTHAL UTS line safety cabinets are specifically designed for the storage of hazardous substances directly at the workplace. As an underbench solution, they enable space-saving integration beneath work surfaces and ensure that flammable liquids and chemicals are always stored safely and within easy reach. Certified according to DIN EN 14470-1 and offering 90 minutes of fire resistance, they provide maximum protection for people and working environments.
The UTS line stands out with its particularly convenient operation: smooth-running hinged doors with a push-to-open function can be opened with a gentle touch. Combined with the one-hand door operation, the pull-out tray automatically extends, allowing quick and safe access to stored containers.
A well-designed ventilation system ensures optimal safety and efficiency. The strategic arrangement of air inlet and outlet valves allows easy visual inspection, while continuous bottom extraction via the slotted base reliably captures and removes hazardous vapors. This reduces emissions and lowers energy consumption.
Additional safety is provided by standard equipotential bonding lugs to prevent spark formation, as well as automatic, obstruction-free door closing in the event of a fire via a thermal element. PP inserts for spill trays offer extra protection against minor leaks.
The UTS line is available in numerous sizes and variants, with different depths of 500 mm and 600 mm, and can be flexibly adapted to individual requirements. An optional caster set facilitates easy integration into existing work environments.
The UTS line is therefore the ideal solution for safe, compliant and especially space-saving hazardous material storage directly at the point of use.
