The DÜPERTHAL DISPOSAL line safety cabinets provide a well-designed system solution for the safe and compliant disposal of chemical waste. As a TÜV-certified complete system in accordance with TRGS 509, they enable safe transfer and collection of hazardous substances and ensure efficient processes in laboratories, industry and production. With 90 minutes of fire resistance according to DIN EN 14470-1, they offer maximum protection for people and working environments.

The DISPOSAL line combines disposal safety with high ease of use: Integrated point extraction and air curtain extraction directly at the filling point minimize the formation of explosive atmospheres. This is complemented by ventilation on every cabinet level and continuous exhaust air monitoring.

Safe media disposal is ensured by an integrated system with a VisiCon stainless steel safety funnel, enabling controlled transfer in accordance with TRGS 509. A standard fill level monitoring system with touch display provides early warnings of overfilling and increases process safety. Easy container replacement further simplifies daily operation.

A continuous grounding system and electrically conductive materials in accordance with TRGS 727 prevent electrostatic charge buildup and minimize ignition risks. High-quality, robust materials also ensure durability and resistance in everyday use.
