ANA Systems by DÜPERTHAL – Safe Tank Filling with Minimal Retention Volume

With DÜPERTHAL’s ANA systems, you can reduce the required retention volume for filling flammable and water-hazardous liquids from several thousand liters to just a few hundred liters. The stationary installations (Type A with an integrated solenoid valve or Type B with an external solenoid valve) are suitable for road tankers, tank containers, and rail tank cars. They monitor the filling process via a handheld terminal that must be acknowledged every 30 seconds; if there is no response or the emergency stop is activated, the shut-off valve closes automatically to prevent leaks.

Key Advantages

  • Cost Savings: Significantly reduce the retention volume.
  • Continuous Monitoring: Immediate detection and notification of leaks.
  • Versatile Connections: Multiple potential-free contacts (e.g., for overfill protection, pumps, and alarm signals).
  • Flexible Deployment: Suitable for various tank vehicles and locations.
  • Variable Power Supply: Operates on 24 V or via a 230 V power adapter.
  • Compressed Air Supply: Requires 6 bar.
  • Standard Sizes: Shut-off valves and tanker couplings in DN 50 or DN 80.

Installation is straightforward: connect the shut-off valve unit to the tanker, switch on the compressed air (6 bar) and power supply (24 V or 230 V), and control the process with the handheld terminal. Potential-free contacts allow the integration of overfill protection or emergency signals. For haulage companies, a bypass button is available (for example, for private customer deliveries), and power can be supplied via the cigarette lighter and tire inflation connector. Standard sizes DN 50 and DN 80 cover most needs; other versions are available on request. The robust handheld terminal is approved for Zone 1 and ensures maximum safety during filling—helping you save costs, protect the environment, and boost operational efficiency.
