Ecological considerations
DÜPERTHAL focuses on environmental protection and resource efficiency. We are committed to using regionally available raw materials and ensuring short transportation routes from local suppliers in order to reduce CO₂ emissions and pollutant emissions.
We also rely on the use of recyclable materials to further reduce the ecological footprint of our manufacturing processes. In this way, we actively protect the environment and create sustainable solutions for the storage of hazardous substances
We use climate-friendly district heating for environmentally friendly and efficient heating. In addition, the waste heat generated by our in-house powder coating plant is used as additional heating energy in our production halls by means of heat recovery.
Energy-saving and sensor-controlled LED lighting is another part of our responsible use of valuable energy.

Quality has top priority at DÜPERTHAL. Our safety cabinets bear the quality mark of approval confirming our comprehensive quality management in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9001. In addition to our own inspections, our production is continuously monitored by independent, accredited test institutes.
The high quality standard of our safety cabinets is confirmed by the TÜV Süd High-Quality seal, awarded for excellence in the following criteria:

We substantiate this extended lifespan through, for example, dynamic load testing. While the average product lifespan according to current laboratory furniture standards is approximately 13 years, our High-Quality cabinets reach an average of around 24 years.
This significantly reduces the need for new products, conserves valuable resources, and minimizes the energy required for manufacturing—making a lasting contribution to sustainability.
